Initiate Your Return
Log into your Techless account or contact our support team within 30 days of purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove your personal data and ensure the Wisephone is packed in its original box with all included cables and accessories.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
